Ex-Article 13 disclosure of the D.Lgs. of 30 June 2003 n, 196 (Code on the protection of personal data)

    The personal data you make available to Emilia Welcome srls (below the "Company") can be used to: a) the establishment and conduct of the contractual relationship as well as the fulfillment of all regulatory and administrative requirements instrumental, functional, related and/or otherwise useful to the establishment and conduct of the contractual relationship;
    b) the development of statistical and market studies and research and/or the publication of any assessments for services made;
    c) the organization, the conduct and/or participation in events and events also of a promotional nature;

  2. MODALITY OF THE TREATMENT

The processing of personal data will be carried out through appropriate paper, electronic and/or telematics tools, with logic closely related to the above purposes and, in any case, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

DATA CONFERIMENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF A POSSIBLE REFIMENT

The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

  1. for legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data about it, although relevant to the purpose of collection;
  2. to the processing of personal data relating to it up to the sending of advertising material or direct sales or for the completion of market research or commercial communication"
  3. HOLDER AND RESPONSIBLE OF THE TREATMENT

 

The owner of the treatment is Lanzi Travel snc, based in the law in Via Moletolo 214, Parma.

Responsible for the processing of personal data are the members of Emilia Welcome srls available at the Parma Point headquarters – Borgo Angelo Mazza 8/a  – Parma e-mail info@parmapoint.it. Those responsible for the treatment are liable to the person in relation to the exercise of the rights listed above. Any request for personal data processed by the Company may be made to the Managers of Processing at the legal office or by e-mail at info@parmapoint.it.
